Jannik Sinner expected to have a busy period: smart choices needed

The great difficulties, on a physical level, that affected Jannik Sinner during his challenge with Tallon Griekspoor are a very current issue. Seeing him in such pain has set off alarm bells in the world No. 2 team, which is now called upon to make some important choices for this season finale.
The schedule that awaits the Blue is definitely intense. From October 15 to 18 he is expected in Riyadh where he will go stage the Six King Slam. Followed, starting on October 20, by the ATP 500 tournament in Vienna. Then, a week later, the Paris-Bercy Masters 1000 leading up to the ATP Finals, scheduled in Turin from November 9. In addition, from November 18 to 23, on the calendar there’s also the Davis Cup.
In short, lots of appointments for Jannik Sinner, who, however, also has to manage his body and be able to play at maximum efficiency. It cannot be ruled out that, together with his team, he will have to make choices, thinking about what is best for him in this last slice of the season.
Everybody wants to see the best on the field. Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz are the elite of tennis and fans wish they could play them all the time but, unfortunately, that is not possible. Both, though still young, have to make the best decisions for their careers.
