Italy Under-21 hosts Armenia Under-21 in the fourth day of Group E qualifying for European Championship 2027. Kickoff is at 6:15 p.m. at the Giovanni Zini Stadium in Cremona. The Azzurrini lead their qualifying group with full points, tied with Poland, which looms as the main rival in the race for first place.

The new addition to the lineup concerns Simone Pafundi, who is ready to regain a starting jersey after the bench against Sweden: the Sampdoria fantasist will complete the offensive trident along with Camarda and Koleosho. No surprises, however, in coach Baldini’s other choices: in defense there is Mane, while in the middle of the field there is room for the Pisilli-Ndour-Lipani trio.

Gyulbudaghyants relies on Eloynan in attack, with D. Hakobyan at his back and M. Hakobyan and N. Hovhannisyan on the flanks. Midfield dike formed by Sargsyan and K. Hovhannisyan, defense headed by P. Manukyan.

Probable lineups

Italy Under 21 (4-3-3): Palmisani; Palestra, Marianucci, Mane, Bartesaghi; Pisilli, Lipani, Ndour; Pafundi, Camarda, Koleosho. Ct. Baldini
