Antonio Faravelli, a winemaker and golfer originally from Montù Beccaria in Oltrepò Pavese, as well as the owner of Cantine Vitea and creator of the “Golf and Wine 1895” project, was invited to the “Memorial Paola Giamminonni” sports tournament held at the exclusive David Lloyd Club Malaspina in Milan.

During the event, Faravelli proudly presented his award-winning wines, which were greatly appreciated by the participants. Many bought and ordered them, especially the historic labels so beloved even by the famous composer Giacomo Puccini. The center’s management is also considering including his wines in the group’s restaurants, an opportunity Faravelli would welcome enthusiastically, happy to bring his bottles to the international David Lloyd clubs.

At the tournament’s awards ceremony, Faravelli outlined his vision for the “Golf and Wine 1895” project: an innovative idea that aims to re-launch Made in Italy also in the world of sports, while enhancing territory, tourism, food and wine, and local identity.

At the end, the entrepreneur warmly greeted those present, promising to return soon to the prestigious David Lloyd centers.
