Juventus market, for Luciano Spalletti's signing are decisive hours

After the exoneration of Igor Tudor, Juventus has intensified its contacts with Luciano Spalletti: the negotiations have entered the heart of the matter. The first approaches were registered on Monday, while a direct meeting between the parties is expected in the coming hours.

The former national team coach seems oriented to accept the Bianconeri proposal, which includes a contract until June with automatic renewal in case of qualification to the next Champions League. However, some details remain to be ironed out, in particular the duration of the possible extension – Spalletti would like a two-year term in case of renewal – and the economic aspect of the agreement.

The meeting between the Tuscan coach and Juventus CEO Damien Comolli is expected to take place this afternoon. The Bianconeri club, which still has the contracts of Thiago Motta and Tudor on the books until 2027, is therefore banking on Spalletti to relaunch the season, linking the continuity of the project to a return to the Champions League.

Juventus is aiming to finalize the agreement for Tudor’s successor in the coming hours, with the goal of having him already on the bench on Saturday, Nov. 1, in Cremona, on the occasion of the 10th day of Serie A.
