Serie A 2025-2026: Roma-Parma, the likely lineups

On the one hand, a team that wants to win to rejoin Napoli at the top, on the other a reality looking for continuity and a few more goals to their credit: these are the main premises of the challenge between Roma and Parma, a match valid for the ninth round of Serie A scheduled at 18.30 at the Olimpico.

As far as the Giallorossi are concerned, fresh from the victory against Sassuolo that brought back a smile after the knockouts against Inter and Viktoria Plzen, the only doubt for Gasperini is on the left flank, where Angeliño&#8217s unavailability should lead to the employment of Tsimikas. On the right, however, there is room for Wesley, while in attack should be Bailey next to Dybala: still rejected are Dovbyk and Ferguson.

Carlos Cuesta, coach of Parma, is also expected to rely again on the 3-5-2, which is solid defensively but still not very productive in attack: the task of turning the tide from the offensive point of view is entrusted to Cutrone and Pellegrino, although the former Milan player has not scored since Aug. 30 and the Argentine has not framed the goal since Sept. 29.

Probable lineups

ROMA (3-5-2): Svilar; Celik, Mancini, Ndicka; Wesley, Cristante, Koné, El Aynaoui, Tsimikas; Bailey, Dybala. All. Gasperini.

PARMA (3-5-2): Suzuki; Delprato, Circati, Valenti; Britschgi, Keita, Bernabé, Sorensen, Lovik; Cutrone, Pellegrino. All. Cuesta.
