After two wins and seven draws, Atalanta&#8217s streak of games without defeat since the start of the championship, which had so far lost only one match in the Champions League, comes to a halt in the presence of Udinese. At the Bluenergy Stadium it ends 1-0 for the Bianconeri, dragged by the goal of the day&#8217s expected ex, Nicolò Zaniolo. The three points allow Udinese to climb to 15 in the standings, Atalanta remains at 13.

Already from the start Kosta Runjaic&#8217s team has the ball of the game and, while not making themselves too dangerous, they are steadily stationed in the opponent&#8217s half of the field. The pressure pays off at 40′: Kamara’s precise assist for Zaniolo, who in front of Carnesecchi does not miss and signs the goal of the 1-0.

In the second half, Juric flunks the Scamacca-Sulemana pairing, inserting Krstovic and Lookman at 59′: little changes, however, because although Atalanta’s center of gravity rises the Bianconeri goalkeeper Okoye runs no particular risk. Turn of changes in the last twenty minutes: Piotrowski, Bayo, Palma, Ehizibue and Zarraga take over for Ekkelenkamp, Zaniolo, Bertola, Zanoli and Buksa, for the Nerazzurri there are Bellanova, De Ketelaere and Brescianini for Zalewski, Samardzic and Koussounou.

The team is not changed, however.

Nothing changes, however, until the triple whistle, which comes after the five minutes of recovery time assigned by referee Fabbri: Udinese wins 1-0 and gets its second success in three games, after the victory against Lecce and the knockout at home to Juventus, Atalanta, on the other hand, has to look back to last September 21 (3-0 to Torino) to find the last success in the league.
