Antonio Cassano show against Francesco Totti and Roma

Antonio Cassano, speaking to Viva El Futebol, attacked Roma by recalling the match he lost 2-1 on April 25, 2010 against Sampdoria, in which he was playing as a former player at the time, due to a Pazzini double and which was decisive in the conquest of the Scudetto (and the triplete) by Inter, with whom the Giallorossi were dueling. Here are Fantantonio’s words.
“As I am entering the locker room my friend Vito Scala tells me that Totti wanted to talk to me. He starts telling me we were having a great season, he asks me how my family is doing. I tell him ‘come to the point, what do you have to tell me’?”.
“And he goes ‘you know if we eventually win the game you the last three days win it and go to the Champions. I told him ‘I make you lose the Scudetto today and I make you cry. And especially I make people cry that when I left here they insulted me like a dog’. The game went the way I wanted it to go. It ended 2-1 and a lot of people cried”.
Antonio Cassano played for Roma from 2001 to January 2006 and then, after a spell at Real Madrid, he joined Sampdoria, with which he played from 2007 to January 2011.
