Second and fourth behind him were the Trackhouse Aprilias of Japan’s Ai Ogura and Spain’s Raul Fernandez, 323 and 418 thousandths off, respectively.

Between them, third, was the other Spaniard Aleix Espargaró on the Honda HRC Test Team.

Fifth and sixth the best of the Ducatis, the VR46 one of Franco Morbidelli and the Team Gresini one of Alex Marquez. Seventh is Spaniard Joan Mir on a Honda, eighth his compatriot Pedro Acosta with the best of the KTMs, and ninth Fabio Di Giannantonio on the other VR46.
