Marc Marquez: Jorge Lorenzo draws comparison with Valentino Rossi

Jorge Lorenzo in an interview with As spoke about the supremacy of Marc Marquez in this MotoGP World Championship: the Ducati rider was unreachable for anyone before the Mandalika injury, winning his ninth career world title five races before the end of the season.
“Marc right now is not just a step above, but two steps above anyone else. Bagnaia and Di Giannantonio have the same way but can’t even come close, and all the altir are behind the Ducati. There’s no one at the’height of Marc”.
Lorenzo compared Marc Marquez’s season to the more triumphant ones of Valentino Rossi and Mick Doohan: “I remember Valentino Rossi’s 2002, in which he won practically every race. Or Mick Doohan in 1997. There have been dominant riders, and Marc definitely enters the top 3 ever”.
