In recent weeks there has been talk of a possible transfer of Jonathan David to AC Milan as early as January. The Canadian striker who arrived in the summer at Juventus would end up in the crosshairs of the Rossoneri, who are always looking for a bomber given Gimenez’s difficulties under goal.

The’former Lille has been dry of goals for almost three months, but the victory goal signed Tuesday night in Norway unlocked him, to the delight of Luciano Spalletti and the entire Juventus club.

In fact, the chances of David leaving Juve mid-season have always been quite remote, but at this point they have almost completely disappeared.

The Old Lady could at best re-evaluate the situation in June, also depending on what will happen with Dusan Vlahovic, while the Rossoneri have no intention of splurging on the engagement level for another striker, also because right now the starters are Rafael Leao and Christian Pulisic in a solid 3-5-2 that does not envisage another striker in a trident that is hardly sustainable by the rest of the team.
