Como market, the Larian club is peremptory about Nico Paz and Cesc Fabregas

Despite rumors of Real Madrid’s interest in having Nico Paz wear the Blancos’ jersey as soon as possible, perhaps as early as January, Como is not intent on losing one of the most interesting talents of the 2025-2026 Serie A season. This was confirmed by the sporting director of the Larian club, Carlalberto Ludi, who during an interview with Radio Sportiva spoke, among other topics, about the Argentine fantasist, whom Como had acquired in the summer of 2024 in exchange for 6 million euros precisely from Real Madrid, a club in which Paz had completed the youth trafila while also playing a few matches in the first team.

“We don&#8220t know what to do other than offer what we offer: quality of play and ideal environment to grow, I think he is fine here, he has integrated perfectly” said Ludi, who is part of Como’s management set-up from May 2019. The d.s. biancoblù, for his part, explains instead that it will be the same Como that will focus on the January market, although without revolutions. “We are always expected to invest a lot – he explained -, in the previous three sessions we worked on a technical restructuring that we think we have completed. We will make some adjustments but, as the president says, nothing transcendental”.

Ludi also spoke about Cesc Fabregas, Como coach who is attracting the’attention of other clubs, in Italy as well as in Europe. “Regardless of what may have happened with other clubs, to us Cesc testifies every day to our enthusiasm and desire to improve. Compared to last year, our knowledge of the league has improved, we made an important market in January and then completed it in the summer, there’was time to assimilate what our coach asks” explained the sporting director of the Larians talking about the Catalan coach, at the helm of Como (reality in which he ended his career as a player) from November 2023.
