The 21-year-old NBA star still hasn’t stopped growing
The giant Spurs center in recent months has grown another inch and a half
His official height is now that of 2.23 meters, up from 2.22 last season

"I have been working very hard on my physique", explained the French player

"I think I reached my full potential in just one summer"
"I’ve made so much progress, I’m stronger and the scale also says bigger"

Wembanyama overcame the venous thrombosis in his right shoulder from which he had suffered last February
The San Antonio star in 46 games averaged 24.3 points and 11 rebounds
"Spending time in a Shaolin monastery was an incredible experience", revealed the Frenchman
"I stepped out of my comfort zone, I wanted to do it but I did not expect an experience at the physical level so different"

To succeed in the feat, the LA Clippers all-star needed 21 points to surpass Carmelo Anthony&#8217s record of 28,289 points. James Harden scored 19 in the first half before outscoring Melo with two free throws at 4’23 of the third quarter. He finished with 34 points, bringing his career total to 28,303. Now in his sights is Shaquille O’Neal, ninth with 28,596 points. At 36 years old, with still several NBA seasons ahead of him, it is clear that the Beard can really dream big and surpass several other legends in the all-time NBA scorer rankings. Of course, James Harden’s real dream remains to win what would be his first NBA ring but to enter the history of the game is still an outstanding achievement.

“You look at that list and you think it’s impossible. You think there’s no chance to be on that list. It is literally like a dream come true. The work I’ve done over time is paying off. There’s so much that this game has done for me, and I’m sure for all those guys as well. And those names are being talked about and will continue to be talked about” his words reported by ESPN. The Beard is one of only three guards in the Top 10, along with Kobe Bryant (33,643) and Michael Jordan (32,292), who are fourth and fifth, respectively, on the all-time list.
