It&#8217s the end of an era at Red Bull, after the first title-less season since 2020: after Christian Horner, who resigned mid-year, the historic adviser Helmut Marko, one of the team&#8217s key figures, has also said goodbye to the Austrian team. A great discoverer of talent, the man who launched Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen officially resigned from his role as adviser in an official statement released by Red Bull.

“I have been involved in motorsports for sixty years now, and the past two decades at Red Bull have been an amazing and very successful journey. It has been wonderful to help shape and share this experience with so many talented people. Everything we have built and accomplished together fills me with pride” are Marko’s statements.

“The fact that I missed the world championship by a whisker this season affected me deeply and made me realize that now is the right time for me, personally, to close this very long, intense and successful” chapter.

“I wish the entire team continued success and am convinced that next year they will again fight for both world titles”, is Marko’s farewell.
