Trent, big hit at home of the leader

In Bourg-En-Bresse, Trento won at the end of an incredible game: after a very complicated start, the bianconeri changed gears and never looked back until the final 73-91. From 21-5 in the first quarter, Aquila sewed up the tear already by the first break, went to halftime on +11 and in the second half ran away thanks to excellent defense and an offense that moved the ball with great effectiveness.

MVP of the night a sensational Jakimovski, author of 43 rating with 30 points (8/10 from the field), 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 10 fouls incurred. Also good performances by Aldridge (15 points) and Jones (14). Gach’s 20 points were not enough for Bourg.

The Bianconeri will return to Trento on the day after an away week that brought two crucial EuroCup wins and a brilliant performance at the Forum di Assago against Milan. The next challenge will be the “classic” against Umana Reyer Venezia, scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 13 at 8 p.m.
