Few expected this start to the season from Juventus: after nearly 140 million euros spent in the summer soccer market, the Bianconeri got off to a poor start and the management decided at the end of October to relieve Igor Tudor and hire Luciano Spalletti. Fans expected a quick turnaround, but the team continues to be unconvincing and is currently seventh in the standings with 23 points won in the first 14 matches. Speaking to the Gazzetta dello Sport podcast, Claudio Marchisio had his say on the Bianconeri’s difficulties: “It’s been two and three years that the team’s construction has been wrong. How many times in its history has Juventus exonerated the coach in the first few months? And how many times has the management side been changed after just one year? ”.

Bayern Munich, farewell to the two champions: Juventus wants them both
The HCL club is looking for experienced elements to shore up the team
In Juve’s crosshairs there is Leon Goretzka, whose contract with Bayern Munich is expiring
The'renewal option is very complicated, more likely that the champion leaves Germany
Goretzka is not part of the club’s future plans and is proto to a new experience
In addition to Juventus, on his tracks there'is also José Mourinho’s Benfica
Even Raphaël Guerreiro will most likely leave Bayern Munich
The Portuguese fullback is very much liked by Juventus: the Bianconeri consider him ideal to reinforce the team
Juve would like to sign him for free in the summer but also for Guerreiro there's competition from Mourinho
The Special One would even like to move up the timetable by buying the full-back in January
Unlikely, however, Vincent Kompany will deprive himself of it in the winter
The technician greatly esteems Guerreiro and would like to work with him at least until the end of the season

In the roster there are top-level champions and much was expected of them. Among those who are disappointing the most is undoubtedly Jonathan David and Marchisio did not spare himself: “I don&#8217t think there is a leadership problem, you have to have something more from everyone. It seems to me there are players who have not understood what it means to wear the Juventus jersey. Jonathan David comes onto the field and trots: you are at Juventus in a difficult situation, there has to be a different attitude. This is what the fan sees today: so many are not giving all they need to try to fix the situation”.

In the last league round, Luciano Spalletti’s Juventus were defeated by Napoli at the Maradona Stadium. Rasmus Højlund unlocked the match in minute 7, then came Kenan Yildiz’s momentary equalizer in 59′ thwarted, however, by Højlund’s second goal, scored 10 minutes before the triple whistle. Introducing the Champions League match against Pafos on Wednesday night, Luciano Spalletti returned to the knockout against the Italian champions: “The feeling that the match gave is that there is a bit of a gap, however, as always then the talk is that we did not do what we could do. They jumped on us hard, if when people jump on you like that you show that you are one who is interdicted and intimidated by this thing here, they next time do it even harder”.

“We couldn&#8220t address it that way there, so they were better at the team level, they didn&#8217t allow us to implement this behavior and I have to tell the players that I chose wrong. Then in the second half we started better, with more energy, conviction, confidence. We opened the field more and discovered the flank, but we dribbled making a good goal. The situations then a little bit find themselves, I had not seen everything wrong” concluded the helmsman of the Bianconeri, who against Pafos will try to win their second victory in this Champions League. Currently, the Bianconeri are 23rd in the standings of the top European competition.
