Roma, Gian Piero Gasperini: "With Ferguson we need patience"
These are the words of Roma coach Gian Piero Gasperini to Sky Sport after the wide victory in Glasgow against Celtic.
“The changes were all there, it is a time of the season where we need to make important evaluations in games that count and this one counted”.
“Performances like that, they enlarge the roster. Ferguson? He did on the field what he has been doing in training lately. He is a young guy, you have to be patient. Beyond the results, it is important the performance and that he plays with this intensity.”
“Then they are young guys who from one moment to the next can turn around. That is why the January market will be talked about later, now we have so many competitions to play”.
