An important challenge for morale, as well as for the standings, awaits Atalanta and Cagliari, engaged at the New Balance Arena in Bergamo on Saturday at 8:45 p.m. Raffaele Palladino’s team still relies on De Ketelaere and Lookman, deployed behind Scamacca, who is ahead of Krstovic to lead the Nerazzurri attack. It will be the last home appearance for Lookman before his departure to the African Cup of Nations.

On the side lanes there will be space for Zappacosta and Zalewski, complicit with Bellanova’s injury, while in defense there will be no Hien, stopped by fever. In front of Carnesecchi, the back line will consist of Djimsiti and Ahanor, with De Roon and Ederson in the middle of the field.

The back line will be composed of Djimsiti and Ahanor.

On the opposite front, Fabio Pisacane seems intent on confirming the eleven that beat Roma. In attack trust the Esposito-Borrelli pair, while in the middle the ballot between Folorunsho and Gaetano remains open. Confirmed in defense are Zappa, Luperto and Rodriguez, with Caprile between the posts. Heavy absences for the Sardinians: Mina, Zé Pedro and Felici, in addition to Belotti, who has been out for months.

Probable lineups

Atalanta (3-4-2-1): Carnesecchi; Djimsiti, Ahanor; Zappacosta, De Roon, Ederson, Zalewski; De Ketelaere, Lookman; Scamacca. All. Palladino.

Cagliari (3-5-2): Caprile; Zappa, Luperto, Rodriguez; Palestra, Adopo, Deiola, Folorunsho, Obert; Esposito, Borrelli. All. Pisacane.
