Juventus market, Inter opens to Frattesi’s transfer but the request is unsettling

In January, the Turin-Milan market axis could become heavily beaten. Juventus is reportedly interested in Frattesi, a Nerazzurri midfielder who is struggling to find continuity under coach Chivu. The Old Lady would welcome him with open arms. His insertions could offer coach Spalletti alternative solutions in attack. There are two possible roads to get to Frattesi on the part of the Bianconeri: to please Inter economically or to see if there is a player liked by the Nerazzurri club for an exchange at par (it has happened before that Juventus and Inter exchanged players).

In fact, Inter could decide to let Frattesi go, although, in the past, it has always said no to anyone who approached the 26-year-old Azzurri national. Roma, for example, had tried, but without achieving the set goal. Now, however, the situation may have changed, not least because Frattesi may have reached the point where he wants to play more continuously and, at Inter, that desire seems complicated to fulfill. Going to Juventus could be a good idea, also because, in Turin, he would be certain of a starting jersey and, as a result, he could return to playing with continuity.

L’Inter seems to have set the price of Gattuso’s national team midfielder at around 35/40 million euros. A high price but also consonant with the level of the player. However, there would be, at least according to Gazzetta dello Sport, another possibility on the table, namely an exchange of players.

L’Inter would like to bring Khéphren Thuram to Milan, so that he could play alongside his brother Marcus. A major request that is unlikely to be granted by Juventus, considering that the French midfielder is one of the strengths of the current squad available to Spalletti. Letting him leave is not in the Bianconeri plans, not even for someone like Frattesi.
