Milan beats Bologna, Dusko Ivanovic chews bitterly: "Decisive unsportsman"

Dusko Ivanovic chews bitterly for the defeat of his Virtus Bologna, which at the Unipol Forum yielded to Olimpia Milano with the final result of 74-63. The coach of the Emilians honors the historic rivals, but also pinpoints the exact moment when the game took a turn for the worse for the Vu Nere.

“In my opinion, the result was decided when we were up +7, we lost the ball and there’s an unsportsmanlike foul. There Milan scored five points, we went under and they instead managed to find the’energy and confidence to go on to win”, Ivanovic noted.

There was no shortage of criticism of his Virtus Bologna. “We should have played better defense and handled the ball faster and more effectively– added Ivanovic.”

We must, however, compliment Milan, which compared to us held the court more aggressively and more as a team”.

Finally, Ivanovic dwelt on Matt Morgan’s injury, a subject on which he, however, cut short: “I cannot say what the situation is, we will see. Only in the coming days we will be able to understand how he”s doing.
