Today, at 12:30 p.m., Milan-Sassuolo, a match valid for the 15th day of Serie A, is staged at the San Siro. For the Diavolo a very delicate challenge. Allegri has several absences to deal with (out are Leao, Gimenez and Fofana). In attack, for the first time in the league, there is room for the’unseen duo of Pulisic and Nkunku.

On the other side, Grosso recovers Pinamonti (ankle problem) and deploys him in the trident, along with Volpato and Laurienté

.

Sassuolo is something of a black beast for Milan. In fact, the Rossoneri have won only one of the last five challenges playing at San Siro against the neroverdi (three defeats and one draw). The Diavolo last won on Dec. 30, 2023: 1-0, goal by Pulisic. Sassuolo, on the other hand, remembers the’incredible 5-2 win two seasons ago, one of the best recent performances in neroverde history.

Probable lineups

MILAN (3-5-2): Maignan; Tomori, Gabbia, Pavlovic; Saelemaekers, Loftus-Cheek, Modric, Rabiot, Bartesaghi; Nkunku, Pulisic. All. Allegri.

SASSUOLO (4-3-3): Muric; Walukiewicz, Idzes, Muharemovic, Doig; Thorstvedt, Matic, Koné; Volpato, Pinamonti, Laurienté. All. Grosso.
