“I want to thank all my teammates: work always pays off in the end. Thank you to my family and PSG, with whom we had an extraordinary year. I also thank Gianni Infantino for the message I received on my birthday. I hope to come back again next year”. In the voting Dembélé came ahead of Kylian Mbappé and Lamine Yamal.

During the evening the Men’s Top 11 of the year was also revealed. Between the posts Donnarumma; in defense Hakimi, Pacho, Van Dijk and Nuno Mendes; in midfield Palmer, Bellingham, Vitinha and Pedri; in attack Lamine Yamal and Dembélé. So out goes Mbappé, who consoled himself with the Golden Shoe.

In the other categories, the award for The Best Fifa Men’s Coach 2025 went to Luis Enrique, winner of practically everything (Club World Cup aside) with PSG.
