Marc Marquez ended his season early.
The'injury suffered two weeks is more serious than expected.
Marquez has already won the title and it was decided not to force the times.
So far nothing strange and there'was to be expected.
The problem is that Marquez will not even take part in the end-of-season tests.
They will be the first with the 2026 bike.

A small hiccup that opponents could affrofittare.
Marquez still seems to be the favorite for next year.
Recovery times and injuries have often betrayed him.
His and his team’s hope and that it will not happen again.
The'chance of the tenth title is greedy.

He would also surpass Valentino Rossi, pegged at 9.

The nine-time world champion gave an interview to DAZN in which, for starters, he tells how he got to Ducati, first to the Grasini team and then to the official team alongside Pecco Bagnaia, who could do nothing against the superiority of the 32-year-old from Cervera.

“I needed the winning bike at that moment, to see if I was competitive. The only bike available was from Gresini, and my brother had a lot of influence on that. I went to them and said, ‘I want to come race with you,’ and they said, ‘Money, zero.’ I told them not to worry about money, ‘Zero money, just gasoline’… and that was it, it was a transition year to move to the factory team.”

But after winning the title with the Borgo Panigale-based Rossa, Marquez admitted that he felt like something was missing: “After this world championship, the injury came, but I’m recovering well. I have to prioritize my recovery and keep accumulating points. But this is the first time I won a championship and I feel empty. In Indonesia, I didn’t even want to get on the bike. In the past, it was about winning and waiting for the next race to win again.”

A phrase that could hint at an unexpected retirement, moreover as a winner, thus giving up on detaching eternal rival Valentino Rossi as the number of rainbow titles: if he wins again next year, Marquez would reach ten, one more than the Doctor.

Marc, in short, is not talking about retirement, but leaves some doubt about it: “Then, as for the future, we will see. There are many things I have to manage. I really want to continue, but I always have to listen to my body. There are so many little things, and that’s how it works with athletes; many times our body just can’t take it anymore.”
