Serie A, fines for seven clubs: Genoa the most severe penalty

There are as many as seven clubs fined by the Sporting Justice of Serie A, Gerardo Mastrandrea, after the fifteenth day of the top league, for a total of 34 thousand euros. Below are the sport justice’s measures against the clubs and their reasons released by Lega Serie A:

Fine of € 12,000.00: to Soc. GENOA for having its supporters, at the 39th of the second half, in their own sector, lit numerous smoke bombs that forced the referee to interrupt the match for about a minute and a half, for having, in addition, at the end of the match hit an Assistant with two coins, without injurious consequences; attenuated penalty ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.

Fine of € 7000.00: to Soc. LECCE for having its supporters, during the match, throwing numerous firecrackers and smoke bombs in the playing area; attenuated sanction ex art. 29, comma 1 lett. b) CGS.

Fine of € 5000.00: to Soc. UDINESE for having its supporters, during the match, intoned a boorish chorus towards the opposing team.

Fine of € 4000.00: to Soc. BOLOGNA for having its supporters, during the course of the match, throwing three small bottles and numerous plastic glasses into the playing area; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, comma 1 lett. b) CGS

Fine of € 2000.00: to Soc. FIORENTINA for having its supporters, at the 46th minute of the first half, throw a firecracker into the playing area; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, comma 1 lett. b) CGS.

A fine of € 2,000.00: to the club HELLAS VERONA as objective responsibility, for having unjustifiably delayed the start of the second half by about two minutes.

Fine of € 2000.00: to Soc. NAPOLI for having its supporters, during the first half, intoned an insulting chorus towards a player of the opposing team.
