Lazio: fans'tribute to "warrior" Sinisa Mihajlovic

A little more than three years after the passing of Sinisa Mihajlovic, Lazio fans remembered the former Serbian defender and coach, one of the heroes of the 2000 Scudetto, with a splendid choreography displayed by the Curva Nord, the heart of the biancoceleste fans.

“In the people of Lazio your warrior spirit lives again”, is the banner of Lazio fans under the giant and iconic photo of Mihajlovic wearing a protective mask, which he wore in 2000 itself.

“S.S. Lazio movingly remembers Sinisa Mihajlovic on the third anniversary of his passing. A great Lazio player, a warrior on the field and in life” is the Lazio note, published on Dec. 16, the’anniversary of his death.

“Of this fighter with a big heart will remain an indelible trace in the history of soccer and Lazio, not only for his successes on the field, but for the message of hope in the face of difficulties that he represented until the last moment of his life. Sinisa forever”.
