Giving a smile to the children of the Dr. Sulaiman Alhabib Children’s Hospital in Al Sahafah, Riyadh: this was the objective of the visit organized today by Lega Calcio Serie A, which was attended by a delegation from Bologna and Napoli, the teams that will play the Italian Super Cup on Monday, accompanied by representatives of Lega Calcio Serie A.

Ciro Immobile and Ɓukasz Skorupski for Bologna FC 1909, coach Antonio Conte and Gabriele Oriali for SSC Napoli, gave the young patients a moment of genuine closeness and participation, engaging with them, signing autographs and handing out small gifts.

The initiative is part of the broader path of social responsibility promoted by Lega Calcio Serie A, in collaboration with the Ministry of Sport (MOS), aimed at enhancing the role of sport as a tool for inclusion, solidarity and support for local communities.

“The Lega Calcio Serie A would like to express its thanks to the Health Management and all the staff of the Dr. Sulaiman Alhabib Children’s Hospital in Al Sahafah for the welcome given and the constant dedication shown daily in the care of the young patients” reads the note issued late Saturday afternoon.
