The Sports Judge Dr. Gerardo Mastrandrea, assisted by Stefania Ginesio and A.I.A. Representative Carlo Moretti, at the meeting held on December 22, 2025, made the following decisions.

Fine of € 10,000.00: to Soc. FIORENTINA for having its supporters, at the 23rd of the first half, launched some firecrackers and smoke bombs in the playing area one of which reached the net of a goal damaging it, forcing the referee to interrupt the match for more than a minute; attenuated penalty ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.
Fine of € 5000.00: to Soc. GENOA for having its supporters, at the 50th of the second half, throw two plastic bottles, a lighter and a coin on the field of play; penalty mitigated ex art. 29, paragraph 1 lett. b) CGS.
Fine of € 3000.00: to Soc. CREMONESE as objective responsibility, for having unjustifiably delayed the start of the first half by about two minutes
Fine of € 2,000.00: to SASSUOLO Soc. as objective responsibility, for having unjustifiably delayed the start of the second half by about one minute
