Lecce, Di Francesco is furious: "Nico Paz goal to be annulled"

Eusebio Di Francesco commented in a press conference on his Lecce side’s narrow home defeat, overwhelmed by Como (0-3). The Larians unlocked the match with a goal by Nico Paz, but according to the Giallorossi coach, the Argentine fantasist had committed a foul on Ramadani. However, referee Marchetti and the Var deemed the contact between Nico Paz and the Albanian midfielder regular, validating the goal. Then, Di Francesco went on a rampage and was ejected for protests.

“In the second half at the’beginning the team did much better than the first – explained Di Francesco -. After the second goal the game is a little bit over. When you create a lot and don&#8217t close chances then you lose games. You have to raise the’attention on details, like on the second goal taken”.

Closing on Stulic: “It was not his best game, maybe supported less by his teammates. Camarda came in quite well. Stulic I had seen him really well during the week after the goal with Pisa. Evaluations will be made in January on the whole team, all departments should be improved”.
