Bologna, Skorupski’s resounding duck on return to the field

Lukasz Skorupski did not return in the best way between Bologna’s goal posts: the Polish goalkeeper was the protagonist of a resounding duck during the Europa League match against Celtic Glasgow at the Dall’Ara stadium.
Skorupski, who had not played since November due to injury, gave the Scots the lead on 5′: while controlling a ball, in an attempt to serve a teammate he instead gave the ball away to Maeda, who immediately passed to Hatate for the 1-0 empty goal.
The Polish extreme defender had been injured on Nov. 9, in the first minutes of the Bologna-Napoli game, and in these two and a half months he had been replaced by deputy Ravaglia.
The player had recovered as early as the first days of January, but the Italian coach had decided to be cautious and wait a few weeks before getting him back on the field.
