Monza reinforces itself with Giuseppe Caso
Monza has announced the’arrival on loan of Giuseppe Caso from Modena: the 27-year-old striker will stay in Brianza until next June, when the biancorosso will have the opportunity to exercise the redemption for the outright purchase: “Giuseppe Caso is a new Monza player – is the note of the Lombard club -. The striker arrives from Modena on a temporary basis until June 30, 2026, with the right of option for the outright acquisition. Born in Torre Annunziata (Na) on December 9, 1998, he grew up in the Youth Sector of Fiorentina where he remained until 2018, when he made his professional debut with Cuneo”.
“In Serie C he plays immediately with continuity even in the following season with the jersey of Arezzo, earning the call of Genoa in the summer of 2020. With the Ligurians he made his Serie A debut on December 13 against Juventus and then collected another league appearance, again at Marassi against Atalanta. At the end of the season he moved on loan to Cosenza, with whom he collected 39 appearances and 5 goals, experiencing as a protagonist the salvation of the Calabrians in Serie B through the playout”.

Caso, who last summer was one step away from a transfer to Empoli, then faded, has played very little for the Canarini this season: he did not fit into coach Andrea Sottil’s plans. Now he will get a new chance to shine at Monza.
