Juventus market, new unknowns on Kenan Yildiz: ready the'alternative

The renewal of the contract that binds Kenan Yildiz to Juventus is still in the balance: the two parties who have not yet reached an agreement and the big d’Europe are ready to take advantage of the stalemate to try to grab the Turkish fantasist. Also for this reason, while waiting for further developments, the Bianconeri management would be working for an’alternative in the role of fantasist and would have identified in the Frenchman Yann Gboho an interesting profile also in perspective, given his relatively low age.
Native of Côte d’Ivoire but French in all respects, Gboho has played a long apprenticeship first in the transalpine minor leagues, in the second team of Rennes, then at the Rossoneri club in Ligue 1 before a couple of brackets further north, in Holland at Vitesse and in Belgium at Cercle Bruges. Since January 2024 he has been at Toulouse, a club where he has raised the level of his game by making himself fairly productive in the goal area as well. This season he has already reached 5, the same number of goals scored in all of 2024-2025.
According to reports from ‘La Stampa’, the Bianconeri club would also be interested in Gboho because of his natural aptitude to play on the left side of the field, while other elements already in the squad, such as Francisco Conceiçao, have to adapt in that sense. Gboho, moreover, can also play as a second forward, another factor that makes him interesting in the eyes of Juventus. His contract with Toulouse expires in 2027 and the player has not yet discussed renewal, leaving the door open to a transfer even not too far away.
In the meantime, the Old Lady is now very close to supplementing its roster with the arrival of Youssef En-Nesyri: the 1997 class, on whom Napoli had also asked for information in recent weeks, is reportedly on the verge of saying ‘yes’ to the transfer, thus leaving Fenerbahce after a season and a half.
The’operation is part of the plan to reinforce an attack that has experienced several difficulties this season, from Dusan Vlahovic’s injury to the difficulties in adapting Jonathan David and Lois Openda, passing through the unknowns about the recovery of Arkadiusz Milik. En-Nesyri’s arrival would ensure that Spalletti can count on an extra weapon for the second half of the season.
