Alex Jimenez is doing great in the Premier League. The Spanish outfielder, owned by Milan, moved to Bournemouth last summer: on loan with a right of redemption. In light of how well the Rossoneri is doing with the English club’s shirt, it is almost certain that, at the end of the current season, the redemption will come. Milan, in total, will collect about 20 million euros between an onerous loan and a final redemption. But there’s a small problem.

As unveiled by Tuttosport, half of the’proceeds from the eventual outright sale will have to be “turned over” to Real Madrid as per the agreements between the two clubs at the time of the arrival of the 2005-born outfielder to AC Milan in the summer of 2023, right from Real Madrid. Little does it matter, the capital gain for the Rossoneri will still be considerable to certify the goodness of the operation. Tiago Pinto, ds of the English club, would have already communicated to the Spaniard the decision to redeem him and, therefore, to pay the due to Milan.

In the meantime, Milan is trying to figure out whether or not there is room for one last market operation during this winter window. They would like defender Radu Dragusin but, at the moment, Tottenham does not seem interested in selling the former defender of, among others, Juventus and Cagliari, on a dry loan, the only formula that seems to interest the Diavolo. There would be no other operations in progress. Milan would already be thinking about the summer.

The hot name is that of Mario Gila. Lazio’s Spanish center-back has a contract expiring in 2027 with the biancoceleste club and seems intent on not renewing: Claudio Lotito does not intend to lose him at zero and will therefore be forced to sell him in the summer at a lower figure than the real value of the champion.

Lazio would prefer to sell him abroad but Mario Gila wants to continue his experience in Italy and, in addition to the Inter option, there is also one that leads to Massimiliano Allegri’s Milan. In the summer more than likely the Diavolo’s assault (and not only).
