Padova squares the blow in attack and makes official, a few days before the close of the winter market, the arrival of Gianluca Caprari from Monza on a permanent basis. The biancoscudati thus add an experienced player to their roster, with significant experience in Serie A. The Roman striker thus leaves Brianza after two and a half seasons, 90 total appearances and 10 goals, greeted by the club on Friday with a message of thanks and a wish for the new adventure.

In Monza, space for Caprari had been drastically reduced, so much so that this season the 1993 class had collected just eight league appearances, without managing to find the goal. The last game played so far was last Nov. 9 against Pescara (32′ on the field subbing for Keita Balde), while for the last presence as a starter we have to go back to the 66 minutes played against Avellino on the third day of the championship, played last Sept. 12, as a trequartista behind Dany Mota.

The presenter, super supporter of Napoli, told that in the family there's a black sheep. Indeed, nerazzurra.
He did so in a recent interview granted to the 'Gazzetta dello Sport'. "A scandal" she smiled.
Tons of concepts expressed by the good (and beautiful) Campanian conductor.
"Napoli is experienced as a true faith by those born and raised in the city".
His first times at the stadium go back to'childhood, in the Maradona period.
"There'was also Naldi’s Napoli in Serie B and failure. And I was there'I was"
"Then the slow rise with De Laurentiis from Serie C. And there'I was also there".
In the last three years Napoli has won two championships.

"Winning two titles in three years is something huge".

"Conte’s reappointment was the best news of the'year".
"Soccer looks like life: there are ups, downs, falls and restarts".
"When you are on a high you have to rejoice without forgetting that nothing lasts forever".

Caprari’s situation at Monza had already fueled market rumors in the summer, when his name was approached by Cremonese, Pisa and even Oviedo, Spain. His contract expiring in 2026 left several scenarios open, but no negotiations had materialized, until now. Just before the winter market, however, there had been talk of a possible return to Hellas Verona, where Caprari had experienced one of his best seasons in 2021-2022 (12 goals in Serie A), but in the end it was Padova who seized the opportunity and convinced the player.

The player was a member of the Italian Serie A team.

Promoted to Serie B at the end of last season, after six years in the third tier, Padova has so far performed well in the cadet division, earning 25 points in the first 21 days of the championship. However, the team coached by Matteo Andreoletti has struggled since mid-January, picking up two consecutive defeats against Mantova and Südtirol.

Caprari, in Padua, will wear his eighth shirt at club level among professionals, after experiences with Roma, Pescara, Sampdoria, Parma, Benevento, Hellas Verona and Monza. The Roman boasts one Serie B championship with Pescara (2012) and two Scudetti at youth level with Roma, with the Allievi Nazionali (2010) and Primavera (2011).
