Lewis Hamilton is aiming for a rebirth at Ferrari, and to make it a reality he seems increasingly intent on putting some recent certainties behind him. Two of them answer to the names of Marc Hynes and Gabriela Kwaku Yeboah (aka Ella), respectively manager and press secretary of the seven-time world champion. The experienced British driver, in 2026, will also experience a change of track engineer, who unlike last season (the one of the bitter debut under the Prancing Horse insignia) will no longer be Riccardo Adami.

Bringing the news is the British press, which always pays close attention to the career of the national darling pilot. Both the ‘Daily Mail’ and the ‘Times’ have confirmed it, speaking of consensual decisions and relations that have remained amicable between Hamilton and his two former collaborators. Particularly d’s was that of Hynes, who had returned as manager in 2024 after having already done so between 2015 and 2021. For him, there is talk of a possible move to Cadillac, in a role still unknown at least to the general public.

More recently, Hamilton’s collaboration with Ella Kwaku Yeboah, a figure Ferrari fans have come to know because he is in fact inseparable from Hamilton throughout 2025. Also noted is his role in Mission 44, a charitable foundation owned by the Stevenage driver where – by the way – the role of CEO is currently held by Marc Hynes himself. All to be determined, then, are the intentions of the seven-time world champion, who is ready to face a 2026 with a brand-new entourage in several leading figures.

For that matter, the year seems to began with a’wave of optimism for Hamilton, who in late January testing at the Montmeló circuit recorded the best time on Friday’s final day. His Ferrari lapped in 1’16”348, beating both world champion Lando Norris and the’other red car driven by Charles Leclerc.

“It was a really positive and enjoyable week, during which we worked very consistently. The commitment that everyone at Ferrari has provided over the winter, both on my part and on the part of the team, was seen in the mileage we were able to complete without major problems”, declared on the’occasion a very satisfied Hamilton.
