Lewandowski sends surprising message to Hansi Flick about his future

Robert Lewandowski is not at all frustrated at being used less by Barcelona coach Hansi Flick than in the past. This season the Polish national team star has played significantly fewer games, taking the field 28 times, only 16 of which as a starter. This is a peculiar situation for a player who is used to playing all the time, but the 37-year-old striker does not feel shaken, in fact he is grateful to Flick.

“Every situation has its advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, every player wants to play as much as possible because the pace of the game is crucial. On the other hand, the current situation gives me more freshness and energy, both physically and mentally” Lewandowski told the Polish newspaper Pilka Nozna.
