Cantù sweeps away Trento

An’Acqua S.Bernardo on a great night sweeps Dolomiti Trento and takes an important step toward salvation: 108-91 the final score.

Rhythms immediately high in the first quarter, essentially balanced until Trento places the first stretch in the match: Jogela’s bomb is worth +5 (24-19).

The game restarts and De Nicolao and Moraschini from the arc hit for the overtake. Trento stretches again but Cantù takes it back (39-39) and then starts to hit especially with Sneed and Bortolani.

Cancellieri calls two time outs in quick succession, but De Raffaele’s men take the lead: at halftime they are ahead by 12 (58-46), thanks in part to a missile by Bortolani, well paced by a rising Chiozza.

The guests try to make a comeback, but Cantù pushes them back. Green and Bortolani bring the margin to +22, Chiozza hits for +25 and De Raffaele goes to cheer under the curve. At halftime 104-76 and the Paladesio is in a frenzy. Final 108-91.
