True Volley Monza in playoffs, is officially the'last qualifier

Vero Volley Monza is officially in the Scudetto playoffs. Mathematics rewards the Brianza lineup thanks to Cuneo’s defeat on Cisterna’s court: with two days to go in the regular season, no team can now threaten the eighth place occupied by the team led by coach Massimo Eccheli.
The decisive turning point came with the clear victory in the direct clash against Sonepar Padova. A heavy success, the one won by Beretta and his teammates, made even more valuable by the Cuneo knockout that came the following day. A string of results that delivered to Monza the arithmetic certainty of access among the best eight of the SuperLega championship.
A goal achieved with determination by a young and talented group. The average age dropped further after Padar’s recent transfer to Turkey, but the team responded with maturity. Diego Frascio’s performance was emblematic: the 19-year-old opposite player who grew up in the Monza nursery shined against Padova, signing a star performance that earned him the match’s MVP award.
The play-offs will start on the weekend of March 7-8, but before that Vero Volleyball is expected to face two more crucial commitments to close the regular season in the best possible way. The next appointment is set for Sunday at 7 p.m. at the Opiquad Arena, where the derby against Allianz Milano will be staged: a challenge that promises spectacle and excitement.
