Agustin Loser underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee on Monday to resolve a meniscal injury.

The operation was performed at the Complex Structure of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the Perugia Hospital Company by the director, Auro Caraffa, assisted by Dr. Marco Pellegrino. Also supporting the surgery was the medical team composed of Dr. Diletta Versace and Dr. Emanuele Pucci, as well as anesthesiologist Chiara Merenda and the operating room nursing staff.

According to reports, the surgery was perfectly successful. In the coming days, the health staff of the bianconero club, coordinated by Dr. Giuseppe Sabatino, will monitor the athlete’s condition and define more precisely the recovery time and rehabilitation path.

For Loser, the rehabilitation phase now begins, with the goal of returning to the field as soon as possible, consistent with clinical evolution and the indications of the medical staff.
