Leclerc: "Ferrari good but they all hide"

Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc has put the brakes on the enthusiasm of the last few hours about the SF-26: the single-seater performed well in testing in Bahrain but it is still too early to judge and make hierarchies.

“Ferrari looks good from the outside during testing, but I think it is still too early to draw conclusions. Everyone is hiding their game and trying to make it look like the other team is the fastest. We are not really sure where we are”.

“The start is a very important moment in the race and we have taken that into consideration. It is still difficult as it is for everyone, but maybe we have a slight advantage. I am happy with that because in Australia every start will be crucial: you can gain or lose a lot of positions”.

On Sprint Races: “I like sprint races, but I think they should remain a minority of races. If they become a standard in the future, it would not be ideal, or at least I would not like it that way”.
