Karin Kildow, one of Lindsey Vonn&#8217s sisters, wanted to thank all the medical staff at the Ca’Foncello Hospital in Treviso, Italy, where the ski champion underwent four operations on her leg that was severely injured during the downhill at the Tofane Olympia. The woman chose a rather bizarre way to congratulate those who with such professionalism and dedication took care of her joint.
