Ettore Messina has a dream in the drawer for his future

Hosted by Federico Buffa Talks, Ettore Messina returned to talk about his future after saying goodbye to the bench of Olimpia Milano before Christmas: “The truth is, I don’t know. I was saying at the beginning of our chat that I would like to take some time to understand if what I am doing today really represents me, if it is something that I feel is mine and that I can continue to do well. Only then can I decide whether to move forward on this path”.
“I don“t rule out going back to coaching, assuming there is a chance. Getting back into the game is an idea I don’t discard at all. But, precisely, I do not know what will happen”, added the’former national team coach.
He did leave a clue, however: “My son is studying and living in the United States. Getting reacquainted could be something very good at this stage of our lives. We will see”.
“As in 1977, it will need someone to give me a chance. And I don’t think at all that it can be taken for granted that it will come. We will see what will happen”, Messina concluded.
