Luciano Spalletti spoke to Dazn microphones in the pre-match of Juventus-Como, the match that opens Saturday’s program of the 26th day of Serie A. “We play against a team of equal level, a little bit’ for the club with young people of sure future and a little bit’ for the quality of a very capable coach like Cesc. We have some defections like all teams, we put all things together trying to find as little imbalance as possible”.

“We have to play with the three center-backs and make these long climbs to their full-backs. Matches when they are so balanced are sometimes resolved by the’episode that goes right or wrong– added the Bianconeri coach -. We for the period we are going through must not put the match on this level of turbulence because they have less pressure. Today we need substance, we trade a little bit’ of fantasy for solidity”.

In attack there will be Openda and not David: “This is the most aggressive team in the whole league, the one that presses the most. The facts say it, not the numbers that are sometimes balky. Every once in a while there will be a need to go quickly to the other side and Openda has those characteristics. David is not very well and would be at risk of being taken off after a time”.

Juventus (3-4-2-1): Di Gregorio; Gatti, Kelly, Koopmeiners; McKennie, Locatelli, Thuram, Cambiaso; Miretti, Yildiz; Openda. All. Spalletti
