Toté loses his temper at the end of the race: disqualified

Monday afternoon came the disciplinary measures after the weekend’s A series games. In particular, a one-day disqualification was sanctioned for Leonardo Totè, center of Guerri Napoli Basketball.

The decision was made after what happened at the end of the game lost to Virtus Bologna, when the home player directed himself with what was called “an aggressive attitude toward the bench of the opposing team.”

The situation, however, had no further consequences thanks to the timely intervention of the Napoli staff, who promptly stopped the player, accompanying him decisively to the locker room.

The penalty was imposed under Article 33, paragraph 3/1c of the Rules of Justice. Totè will miss the game in the next round, in which Napoli will face Cantù on the road.
