According to reports in the Spanish media, Real Madrid is considering a major roster revolution in the summer, and many players may be packing their bags.Florentino Perez is definitely not happy with the current situation and is already gearing up to make things right. Among the possible departures seems to be Eduardo Camavinga.

The French midfielder is not part of Real Madrid’s future plans and could be put on the market by Florentino Perez. He has been approached by several English clubs in the past and Manchester United is still interested: the Red Devils have to replace Casemiro (who has already announced his farewell at the end of the season) and Camavinga is one of the candidates. It cannot be ruled out that Bayern Munich will also survey the feasibility of buying the 2002-born French midfielder.

Camavinga has been approached by the Bavarian club before, and Max Eberl could buy him to replace Leon Goretzka. The experienced midfielder will leave Bavaria in the summer after 8 years and Bayern Munich has long been looking for a replacement. Officials are mainly evaluating not-too-high-cost footballers but could make an exception should Real Madrid sell Camavinga at a very bargain price.

Recently Lothar Matthäus in Sport Bild recommended to the German champions Xaver Schlager, who could leave Leipzig for zero parameters in the summer since he is expiring his contract. “Schlager is a player with a great mentality and very good defensively. He brings something that Kimmich, Pavlovic, and Bischof do not have” the Bavarian club legend ruled.

For the Camavinga issue, it will also be necessary to figure out who will be Real Madrid’s next coach: at the moment it is highly unlikely that Florentino Perez will confirm Alvaro Arbeloa, and in recent weeks there has been renewed talk of the possible appointment of Jürgen Klopp. According to the latest rumors, the German manager may soon leave his role as Head of Global Soccer at Red Bull, which he has held since the end of 2024. According to Sport Bild’s report, the Austrian multinational believes “very plausible” a Klopp farewell after the 2026 World Cup in North America.
