The'iconic former Bayern Munich player crowns Vincent Kompany: "Watch what Kane" does;

Bayern Munich is dominating in Germany and Europe by exhibiting spectacular, attacking soccer: in the Bundesliga, the defending champions have scored a total of 92 goals so far, maintaining an average of 3.68 goals per game. Led by an extraordinary Kane, Bayern’s attack sees Michael Olise, Luis Diaz, Serge Gnabry and Lennart Karl among its other strengths and currently looks unstoppable for any defense.
The iconic former Bayern Munich defender Thomas Linke, who won 14 titles in his career with the Bavarians, in an interview with Absolut Fußball gave credit to coach Vincent Kompany for what the team is doing this season: “The coach is always a crucial factor in the development of a team, and I am simply thrilled with his work”. An important judgment from someone who has been coached by such masters as Udo Lattek, Huub Stevens and Ottmar Hitzfeld.
“When I see the passion with which this team plays, their offensive approach but also the way they work defensively, I can only give them my sincerest compliments”. According to Linke, the’humble attitude of a star player like Harry Kane is a sign of how successfully Kompany is managing the team.
The English striker has already scored 45 goals this season, and in addition to scoring he is also important to the team maneuvering, and is often Bayern’s first defender on the back foot: “When even a bomber like Harry Kane sacrifices so much for the team, it sends a clear message to all elements of the squad”.
Thomas Linke, who made 43 appearances for Germany, also applauded Vincent Kompany’s attitude toward youngsters having the same opportunities as more experienced players: “I think it“s great to see that Bayern Munich also has so many talented players who have proven to make the team stronger. When you have two world-class players in the same position in each position, it’s hard to give space to youngsters. But Kompany is brave to rely on less experienced players”.
“And this courage of Kompany is often rewarded – concluded Link -. Just look at what Lennart Karl is doing”.
