MotoGP Austin: splendid tris of Bezzecchi. Ducati in trouble, Marquez fifth

The dream start to the World Championship continues for Aprilia: Marco Bezzecchi took his third consecutive victory out of three MotoGP races this season in Austin. The centaur from Rimini on the Circuit of the Americas commanded the race from start to finish, putting behind his brand mate Jorge Martin, who was also bypassed in first place in the overall standings.
The podium was completed by Spaniard Pedro Acosta of KTM, third, who dueled for first place with Bez in the early stages of the race. The Ducatis confirmed that they were in trouble: the best in Austin was Fabio Di Giannantonio of the VR46 team, who finished fourth.
Marc Marquez, usually the master in Austin, paid the long lap penalty he had to serve at the start of the race and finished in fifth place after a long and tiring comeback, ahead of Enea Bastianini.
Another nightmarish race for the other rider of the official team Pecco Bagnaia, who collapsed in the final and finished in ninth position. Also in the top ten were Enea Bastianini, sixth, and Luca Marini, tenth. Fall for the Honda centaur Ogura when he was close to the first.
