Juventus, Comolli promises an ambitious market. Announcement on Vlahovic

Juventus CEO Damine Comolli on the sidelines of an event in Turin spoke about the upcoming Juventus market in strong phrases: “Juventus’ summer market will be ambitious regardless of how this championship ends. We know and feel that Juve attracts important players, who want to come here because we are Juve, not only if we qualify in the Champions League. Financially it is better if we go there, but we will be ambitious regardless.”

Comolli also postponed any talk about Dusan Vlahovic’s renewal until the end of the season: “We might have some news in the next few days regarding a new renewal, but not about Vlahovic. On Dusan I always said that we would talk at the end of the season, and that is how it will be. There have been talks, but nothing will happen before the end of the season. I know that Marco Ottolini has had some talks with Vlahovic, but you should not expect anything before the end of the season. We hope in regard to other players to have good news even before that.”

Spalletti is the starting point for Juventus’ revival: “Since Luciano arrived we have been getting results. With him we got 48 points in 24 games, a second-place performance in the period. The players are very close to Luciano, now we want stability and continuity. You cannot guarantee that we will win, but we will do everything we can to do it.”

“We have been thinking long range, about the three years from now, because it ends in eight months this season. Everything is going in a positive way, we know it will be difficult until the end, as the players said, there are six finals and we have to keep playing. But looking back to October 31, when Luciano signed the contract, we have grown, the team is playing well, we are getting results.”
