Torino on the hunt for a striker, former Roma in the crosshairs

In the summer soccer market session, Torino’s attack could undergo major transformations. Giovanni Simeone is still in River Plate’s sights after a survey in recent weeks, and the Argentine club is planning a trip to Italy to talk to the agents of the 1995-born champion.
Duvan Zapata could also say goodbye: Urbano Cairo already during the winter soccer session showed his willingness to sell the player but, not having received congruous offers, he then confirmed the Colombian. In the summer it is very likely that the Granata club will put him on the market also considering the many injuries suffered by the champion in recent times.
Not even Che Adams is sure to stay in Turin: the Scottish footballer has a contract expiring in 2027 and so far he has not shown great willingness to renew, which is why Toro could sell him and avoid running the risk of losing him at zero in just over a year.
As for the incoming market, the name of Borja Mayoral is strong: the Spanish footballer is not satisfied with his experience at Getafe and is considering a change of scenery. This year, complicated by his knee injury, he has played in spurts and has no intention of renewing his contract that expires in 2027. To avoid losing him for zero, Getafe could sell him in July at a price below his value.
