Roma and Claudio Ranieri are officially parting ways. The official note from the Giallorossi club has arrived on the termination of the contract with the senior advisor following the media clash with Capitolini coach Gian Piero Gasperini. The club did not wait until the end of the season and decided to immediately terminate the collaboration with Ranieri, who had held the role of senior advisor since last July after coaching the Giallorossi last season.

The clashes with Gasperini, particularly over market strategies, which later exploded on a public level after interviews by both parties, prompted top management to immediately end the relationship. “AS Roma announces that the relationship with Claudio Ranieri has ended.
