Revolution in attack, Torino turns everything upside down

In recent weeks Gianluca Petrachi has intensified efforts to restructure Torino’s attack, which is likely to be the department most involved in the summer market strategies. Giovanni Simeone, Ché Adams and Duvan Zapata could say goodbye, giving rise to a real revolution.

The Argentine footballer is mainly requested by River Plate and, despite rumors of some English clubs interested in him in the last hours, it seems that a return to Argentina is the most likely option at the moment. Ché Adams could be a necessary sacrifice for the Granata club: the sale of the Scottish center forward would guarantee an important capital gain.

In the Ché Adams discourse there is also the contractual issue to be considered: the champion is bound to Torino until l 2027 and so far he has not given signs of wanting to renew, also for this reason Gianluca Petrachi wants to find him an accommodation this summer and avert the danger of losing him at zero in just over a year.

Delicate situation also on the Duvan Zapata front: the Colombian is among the team’s best technical leaders but the more than 5 million euros a year salary is a not insignificant problem especially considering the latest injuries suffered by the player.

As for the incoming side, the candidacy of Sebastiano Esposito is strong, but Cagliari does not seem willing to negotiate his transfer and a chink could open up only in case the Sardinians should relegate to Serie B.

For Torino, there has also been talk of former AC Milan player André Silva, who is linked to Elche by a contract expiring in June. There is a renewal clause in the agreement between the Portuguese and the Spanish club, but the striker does not seem to be willing to accept it given the disappointing season in the lineup coached by Eder Sarabia.
