Inclusion and soccer bring LND CSR area and its communication to the University of Bologna

The CSR Area of the National Amateur League and its communication were featured as case histories in a speech within the course “Sustainability Manager in Sport” at the University of Bologna. The meeting, coordinated by the director of the course, Professor Maurizio Marano, was an important opportunity to discuss the issues of sustainability and social responsibility in the sports world.
“Football as an engine of change. Communication and CSR in the field” was the title of the presentation curated by journalist Gaia Simonetti, with experience in communication in the world of soccer with clubs and leagues, and Verdiana Corbianco.
They illustrated strategies, projects and communication experiences adopted in the football context and with the Headline communication agency.
Following this, the coordinator of the LND’s Social Responsibility Area, Luca De Simoni, delved into data, numbers and initiatives promoted by the League and its clubs in the territory, highlighting the social role of soccer beyond the sporting dimension.
The meeting offered a concrete reflection full of positive examples, stimulating the interest and questions of the trainees, in an open dialogue on the potential of sport as a tool for social impact.
The meeting was a great opportunity to discuss the social impact of soccer.
